The registered office was originally situated at 6, Lyons Range, 1st Floor, Kolkata - 700001, West Bengal, within the jurisdiction of the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal. The registered office was shifted to Village: Lumshnong, P.O.: Khliehriat, District: East Jaintia Hills, Meghalaya - 793210, with effect from November 3, 2014, under the jurisdiction of the Registrar of Companies, Assam, Tripura, Manipur, Nagaland, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram.

Shyam Century Ferrous Limited was listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited on July 28, 2015, and its equity shares currently trade in compulsory dematerialized mode under Scrip Code 539252 on BSE Limited and under the symbol "SHYAMCENT" on NSE. The Company is engaged in the manufacturing of ferro alloys, operating 27 MVA submersible arc furnaces, along with a 13.5 MW power plant for captive consumption at EPIP, Rajabagan, Byrnihat, Meghalaya.
